Math

In an effort to help your student be prepared for and successful in their Secondary Math 1 course next year, we are recommending your student view the following math concept videos over the summer. We do not mean to give your student more work. However, we wish to provide your student with the support he/she may need to review some important math concepts as we transition to the new math common core curriculum. The lists of math concepts to review, websites, and worksheets that go with the concepts are listed on the home page of CVHS and CVMS websites.  The list may contain material the student has already seen. It is a list of concepts your student should review and master before beginning their math courses in the 2013-2014 school year. A copy of the worksheets and websites can be asked for at CVHS and at CVMS through Mrs. Sanders if your student does not have access to the internet.  Our goal with this is to provide students and parents with resources to help students be successful in their math classes next year.  Good Luck!
