There will be a Skills USA Meeting during lunch in room 129 on Wednesday, January 23, 2019.  ALL SKILLS USA MEMBERS PLANNING ON GOING TO STATE COMPETITIONS MUST BE THERE! The Get Outdoors club is going to Brian Head Sking on Feb 2.  The cost is $36 for lift ticket and rentals.  There are only 25 spots available on the free bus.  There is financial assistant available to those who want to go but need help paying the $36.  Please see Mr. Brandt in room 107 for more information.

Elizabeth Smart will be coming to the America First Event Center on February 4! Doors open at 5:30, she will speak at 6:30 and there will be a book signing from 8:00-8:30. Books will be available to purchase on site. No ticket is needed for admission.

Students: blackout shirts are here and are only $12. You can buy them at lunch or from Mr. Potter or Mrs. Goodwin.  The View really is better from here, and you'll look better in a new Blackout Shirt.

Seniors, please check the front window and see if your name is correct for your diploma. Go to the counseling center to make any changes; it will cost $45.00 to make changes after December.

CVHS will be having their Junior Prom April 13, 2019, at the Heritage Center Lobby. This is the Saturday before our District wide week long Spring Break. Please consider this in your travel plans if you will be attending Jr Prom. This is the date that works best around major CVHS events and when the facility is available.  We hope that with 6 months warning, this will give you time to adjust your travel plans. Thanks for your understanding
