A West Point Military Academy recruiter will be coming to our school on Monday, March 19, during Flex. If you would be interested in attending a session to talk about how to get into West Point Military Academy please come sign up in the counseling office  so we can tag you for the session that day. It is open to all students grades 9-12.

Attention all students who have concurrent enrollment classes next year!  There will be a Parent meeting on Thursday, March 22, at 7:00 pm in the CVHS Media Center.  It’s very important that you come and bring your parent!

World renowned magician/mentalist, Paul Draper is coming to Canyon View! Paul has been seen on HBO, A&E, the Hallmark Channel and more.  He will be here on March 23 at 7:30 pm.  Suggested donation is $7.50 for pre-sale tickets and will be available during lunch.  All proceeds will go to Mr. Ziegler to help in his fight against cancer.

Sons of Utah Pioneers is offering (4) $1,000. Scholarships to students who will be pursuing their education at either SUU or SWTC.  Applicants must have exemplified through specific acts in their lives the ideals and character traits of the true pioneers of faith, courage, endurance and family values.  They should show that they have overcome significant disadvantages such as physical, social or economic challenges and demonstrate scholarly ability adequate for success in college.

Attention Students: Yearbooks are on sell right now. The price is now $65. Please purchase your book to ensure you get one. We will only order a few extra after March 1st. If you think you have purchased one, you can check the wall outside Mr. Christensen's room.

There will be math tutoring offered here at CVHS on Mondays (Mr. Seldon's classroom), Tuesdays (Mr. Blackham's classroom), and Wednesdays (Mr. Despain’s classroom) from 2:45 till 4pm.  It will also be offered Monday through Thursdays from 3-5 pm in the Cedar HS Media Center.
