10 Ways to Help Your Child Succeed

National PTA

Student/Parent Tips

We are FLEXing…

As you are hopefully well aware, we have instituted a FLEX period during 3B.  FLEX stands for Flexible Learning EXperience.  The majority of the 3B classes during the year will be FLEX Time and will provide students with an opportunity to get more targeted help and access to their teachers during the school day.

PowerSchool: Help your child reach his/her potential by using PowerSchool to check your child's grades throughout the term.

5X5 class schedule
Having 5 classes per day gives our students smaller class sizes, improved math instruction, greater advanced learner opportunities, support for struggling learners, opportunities for additional electives, work-based learning, and the return of dropped courses.

"The Choking Game"
This websites shows how the “harmless” activity has seriously disabled & killed young people and how to combat this deadly activity.

Volunteers are loved and needed

Parents early in December we were looking for some chaperones for the school dance. Earlier in the school year we needed help handing out school pictures. Some volunteer opportunities are as little as one hour of your time. If you would like to volunteer please call Sean at 435-531-9109 or contact the committee chair you would like to work with. You can tell us what you would like to help with and we will hook you up.
